    Prof. Pier Paolo Piccaluga

    Bologna University, Italy

    		Pier Paolo Piccaluga教授现任博洛尼亚大学医学院内外科系--血液学和肿瘤学研究所病理学教授。被 VIA-Academy 评为意大利顶级科学家（TIS）。

    主要临床兴趣： 临床血液学、血液病理学和分子诊断学

    主要研究兴趣：病毒和淋巴致病；血液恶性肿瘤的基因组学和代谢组学；数字病理学

    严大鹏 教授

    复旦大学

    		严大鹏教授是复旦大学基础医学院免疫学系研究员、博士生导师、上海高校特聘教授（东方学者）、系党支部书记。入选国家「万人 计划」青年拔尖人才、上海市优秀学术带头人、东方学者、浦江人才等。致力于病原体免疫逃逸的分子机制研究。获得过包括教育部自然科学一等奖（2017，第四完成人）、上海市卫计委优青（2017）、中国免疫学会青年学者奖（2016）、上海高校特聘教授（东方学者）（2016）、上海市浦江人才（2016）、复旦大学“尚医”人才（2017）、中科 院优秀博士学位论文（2014）、中科 院院长特别奖（2013）、明治乳业生命科学奖（2012）等在内的多种奖励。主持科研项目包括科技部国家重点研发计划（骨干2项）、国家自然基金委面上项目、上海高校特聘教授、浦江人才基金等。

    同济大学医学院长聘教授、课题组长(PI)。先后入选教育部高层次人才青年项目、中组部国家青年特聘专家、浙江省“千 人计划”特聘专家、江苏省双创人才、江西省双千人才计划、重大/重点研发计划课题组长及973首席科学家，长江学者奖励计划青年学者，国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金获得者。

    课题组深入开展基于成体干细胞的肺、肾等重要脏器的再生修复与功能增强研究。提出器 官 再生是其发育过程重演的创新理论，开创了 R-Clone 药品级前体细胞分离扩增技术，负责三 项国家卫健委干细胞临床研究备案项目，主导完成世界上首个肺前体细胞移植临床试验。论 文成果发表在 Nature、Science Trans Med、AJRCCM、EMBO 等期刊上, 单篇通讯作者论文被 引超 1500 次。开发的全球首创肺前体细胞 1 类新药 REGEND001 获国家药监局批件进入 II期临床，目前已完成上百例患者受损肺脏的再生修复治疗。相关成果入选 2018 年中国医药生 物技术年度十大进展，2023 年欧洲呼吸学会(ERS)发布的全球年度三项重要进展。个人 2018年获国家刊物官方评选为“中国年度十大创新先锋”, 2021 年入选中国“科学家创业先锋” 榜单 Top5, 2023 年入选树兰基金会“生命科学新力量年度人物”。

    王连生 教授

    厦门大学

    厦门大学信息学院教授，医学院消化病学系双聘教授，博士生导师，数字福建健康医疗大数据研究所副所长，福建省医学会放射学分会AI学组副组长，MICS副主席。长期从事医学影像处理研究，发表国内外期刊或会议相关研究论文100余篇，主要研究方向为医学图像处理，数据挖掘、大数据应用、机器学习和深度学习，以及在医学数据、金融数据分析中的应用。

    罗志勇 教授

    中南大学

    		罗志勇博士，中南大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师。 中南大学新药发现交叉中心主任，中南大学生物学“双一流”学科方向“重大疾病靶标发现 与新药研发”带头人。研究方向包含肿瘤、代谢性脂肪性肝病和器 官纤维化、银屑病及遗传病等重 大疾病治疗新药发现；以及稀有中药活性成分生物合成与合成生物学。发现全球首个抑癌蛋白 ASS1 激活剂—多杀菌素 A 衍生 物 LM-2I，系新结构、新靶点与新机制的原创抗肿瘤 I 类候选新药。此外，他还研发了靶向抑制肿瘤干细胞和血管生成的 ZLM-7 及靶向 STAT3 抗肿瘤醌类化合物ZSW；发现转录激活人参皂苷合成关键酶达玛烯合酶(DDS)的 NAC72 和MYB 转录调节子；发现并研发了调控 ERα/ERβ-TNFα 通路诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡 的抗肿瘤新药人参皂苷 Rh2 衍生物。

    A. Prof. Ahmed El-Hashash

    Texas A &M University, America

    		德克萨斯农工大学生物医学副教授。Ahmed Hashash博士毕业于英国曼彻斯特大学。先后与加利福尼亚再生医学研究所（CIRM）和纽约大学医学院（MSSM）从事科研，后于美国纽约大学和洛杉矶纽约西奈山医学院儿童医院担任生物医学高级研究员。Hashash副教授研究方向为基因、酶和控制干细胞的行为和再生医学。他曾是南加州大学干细胞与再生医学助理教授、首席研究员。Hashash副教授研究方向为基因、酶和控制干细胞的行为和再生医学。



  • Tina Minchella- MOR Managing Editor

    Tina Minchella has worked as the Managing Editor of Management and Organization Review since February 2010. She holds a Master’s degree in History from Arizona State University and has completed coursework in Scholarly Publishing and Editing. Tina has also served as a copy editor and editorial assistant for a number of scholarly journals from diverse academic disciplines. Tina currently manages the daily operations of MOR, coordinates the manuscript submission and editorial review processes, serves as a content and copy editor of manuscripts at multiple stages throughout the course of acceptance and publication, and works closely with Cambridge University Press on the production and marketing of the journal.

     
     
     


  • Jennifer (Xiao) Zhao- Admin and Membership Services Officer

    Jennifer (Xiao) Zhao is Admin and Membership Services Officer of ISSTE. She graduated from Renmin University of China with a Master’s Degree in English Literature. She had served in the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange of National Academy of Education Administration for more than 6 years before she joined ISSTE. Xiao Zhao is primarily responsible for daily management of ISSTE membership, maintaining and updating the ISSTE websites and WeChat, communicating with membership at-large, and keeping track of membership development. She also assists Executive Director to organize conferences and workshops, as well as the daily operation of ISSTE.



  • Wei Zhang- Executive Director

    Wei Zhang is the Executive Director of ISSTE since February 2020. She is responsible for overall implementing the association’s ongoing programs (particularly the biennial conferences, workshops and seminar series), providing general support to the elected officers and association committees, developing ISSTE membership and working with officers on the future development of the association. Before joined ISSTE, Wei had served as a senior manager on NGO empowerment and development in Ai You Foundation for three years, and an officer of Academic Exchange and International Cooperation in Chinese Academy of Sciences for four years. Wei holds a degree of Master of Arts from Lund University, Sweden, and two bachelor’s degrees from Shandong University, on Philosophy and Business Administration, respectively.
